Lowe's Home Improvement at 16510 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, Texas.

Rented a steam cleaner for a car interior, the attachment was extra which I didn't mind. I did the 2 day rental just incase it took more than a day. The attachment leaked everywhere which I could deal with. The problem lies in the return, apparently I was responsible for cleaning the main scrubbing head, which I did not use and there was a hair or something in it and the dirty water tank was stained when I rented it which I didn't notice until I got home, mind you these are old units. I washed the tank out with dawn took it back to the store and the lady behind the counter said I would not get my $ 20 deposit back due to the main head having something in it which I never used. Seems they need to check their equipment before they rent it out. I have shopped at Lowes for 10 plus years as a contractor and will NEVER USE them again. Broken dirty rental equipment they try to stick the customer with. BEWARE.Poor customer service as well. I could care less about the $ 20 it's the principal that Lowes expects me to do their job and clean their nasty carpet cleaner that I didn't use.
